Benvenuto nella Casa Sisu. My name is Ramona Casale.

My faithful companion, a Shiba Inu male named KEI, has been with me for three years. This intelligent, sometimes a bit stubborn, lovable guy is an important part of my life and of Casa Sisu.

I discovered my fascination for cooking and farming as a child. My southern Italian roots from Campania taught me to appreciate the beauty of simplicity.

My nonna taught me what it means to live hospitality and entertain guests. She showed me that hospitality is much more than just providing food and accommodation. It's about welcoming people, taking care of their well-being and making them feel like they are part of the family. I have dedicated myself to this task.

I integrate passion and dedication into everything I do. Thanks to my many years in the restaurant and hotel industry, I have developed a sound knowledge of the needs and expectations of guests.

With a love for detail, order and cleanliness, warmth and a touch of humor, I treat people with respect and appreciation.
