In the public areas, garden, four-legged friends on a leash are welcome at any time. Please understand that dogs are not permitted in the breakfast room. To ensure that our hotel remains a bijou, we ask you to keep your dogs on a leash in the hotel and on the hotel grounds, not to let them jump on upholstered furniture and beds and not to bring wet dogs into the hotel rooms and public areas. Should your four-legged friend get wet, you will find only dog towels in the entrance area.
Room cleaning
Please note that your room will be cleaned while you are enjoying the Capriasca mountains with your four-legged friend. We kindly ask you to hang the "Make up my room" sign on the door only when your dog is not in the room.
Damage
If you discover any damage in your room caused by other dogs, please report this to us immediately after your arrival. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge you for any damage or soiling.
